3 Normal size tomatoes paste | |
3 Fine chopped onions | |
8 Almond | |

1 Tablespoon coconut cream or raw coconut | |

How to Make Mutton Nizami Recipe
Step 1: Keep mutton for marination
To make Mutton Nizami, first Wash the mutton pieces thoroughly with fresh water and dry them after draining all the water.
Take a vessel and put all the ingredients given below in the vessel and mix it well, when it is mixed well, leave it for about 10-15 minutes to marinate.

Step 2: Prepare the almonds, cashew, and coconut paste
Now take a cooker and add 2 spoons of oil, and when the oil turns hot, add finely chopped 3 onions in the cooker and Saute the onions till they turn a golden color.
When the onion turns a golden color, then take it out on a plate. After it cools down,
Now add 8 almonds, 7 cashews, and 1 Tablespoon coconut cream or raw coconut to a grinder and grind a fine paste of everything.
Step 3: Add the mutton to the cooker and cook
Now Take a cooker (There was oil left while sauteing onions) and add 1 tablespoon more oil, and when the oil turns hot, add the below ingredients,

Saute for 30 seconds and cook till it becomes fragrant.
After that add the marinated mutton and let it cook on low flame for 10 minutes. And keep stirring in between so that our spices do not stick to the bottom.
In the meantime, Take 3 normal size tomatoes to make their paste, after 10 minutes add tomato paste, Then saute it for 4 to 5 minutes on low flame.
Now add the onions, almonds, and cashews coconut paste which we have already made. Then saute it for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame.
Add 3 cups of water and close the lid of the cooker and let it take about 8 to 10 whistles so that the mutton will be cooked well.
Cook on a medium flame instead of a high flame. (Note: Add as much water as you want for gravy)
Switch off the stove, when the mutton curry reaches the desired consistency.
Finally, add some coriander leaves for garnish. After that, keep covered until you serve.
