Ingredients
½ Kg Mutton |
2 Tablespoon mustard oil |
1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste |
½ Tablespoon roasted cumin powder |
½ Tablespoon garam masala |
½ Tablespoon red chili powder |
½ Tablespoon coriander powder |
2 Tablespoon roasted gram flour |
½ Lemon juice |
1 Fine chopped onion (If small, take 2 onions) |
2 Green chilies Finely Chopped (or add as many chilies as you want spiciness) |
½ Tablespoon salt according to your taste |
Some coriander leaves are finely chopped |
How to Make Mutton keema kabab
Step 1: Add masala (Spices) and keep mutton for marination
To make Mutton keema kabab, first, wash the minced meat and keep it in a sieve for 10 to 15 minutes. so that all its excess water drains out
Then grind it coarsely in a mixer. If you want, you can also grind it with a meat grinder machine.
Take the following spices on a small plate
- ½ Tablespoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ Tablespoon garam masala
- ½ Tablespoon red chili powder
- ½ Tablespoon coriander powder
- 2 Tablespoon roasted gram flour
- ½ Lemon juice
- 1 Tablespoon ginger garlic paste (Ginger-garlic paste makes kebabs juicy from the inside)
- ½ Tablespoon salt according to your taste
Take in a small plate, 1 Fine chopped onion (If small, take 2 onions), 2 Green chilies Finely Chopped (or add as many chilies as you want spiciness) and Some coriander leaves finely chopped
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients by hand properly
Now add all the ingredients in the mince (Mutton Keema)
Add 2 Tablespoon mustard oil (or whatever oil you use)
Now mix all the ingredients by hand properly. After mixing all the spices well by hand, keep it covered or put it in the fridge for an hour. So that all the spices get absorbed well in the mince.
Step 3: Make the shape of a kabab
After the stipulated time, apply a little oil to the hands and take a little mixture and give the shape of a kabab. Make kabab of medium size and prepare all the kebabs in the same way.
Step 4: Add oil to the pan and deep fry the kebabs
To deep fry, the kebabs, put oil in a pan or Tawa and keep it for heating. When the oil becomes medium hot, put the kebabs in the oil and leave it for a minute.
After a minute, turn the kebabs over and reduce the gas to low to medium.
Now cook it on low flame for about four to five minutes so that it gets cooked well from inside as well. In four to five minutes, the kebabs will be fried well.
Once kebabs become brown in color. Take out the kababs on tissue paper or a plate.
